Climb on the Washington-London-Baghdad Express

If you want to be taken for the ride of your life climb on the Washington-London-Baghdad Express. This train stops in all the world’s hot spots. The engineer is a Bush family friend and the conductors, well the conductors are something else again. But the price of the ticket may be too steep for most… as a California philanthropist and others found out.

CNN newswomen are generally known for their fine reporting skills and risk taking. Just look at what happened to CNN reporter Kimberly Dozier in Iraq last week, seriously wounded in an insurgent attack that claimed the lives of 3 of her colleagues.

Agree or not with the politics of CNN, one has to admire the bravery and professionalism of CNN newswomen. However there is one individual who trades on her long past affiliation with CNN and her name is Christine Dolan and she brings discredit to her female colleagues. While Ms. Dozier laid down her life to report the truth, Ms. Dolan has misused her ancient and long lapsed affiliation with CNN to scam, con, and bamboozle unsuspecting donors, universities and organizations. In reality Ms. Dolan is not affiliated with CNN but with the radical wing of the feminist movement! The “multitalented” Dolan also claims be an expert on Africa and child trafficking.

According to Susanna Flood Director of Press, CNN Europe, Middle East & Africa:
Dolan did work for CNN in the 1980s but is no longer a CNN employee. In fact Dolan has not worked for CNN for almost two decades! Yet in 2006 she continues to mislead and give the false impression she is a CNN reporter or editor.

How can this be and why does CNN permit its name be dragged through mud by Ms. Dolan and her various “charity for profit” activies in child trafficking, African causes, and feminism? Dolan has two default judgments against her for misappropriating funds totaling almost $300,000 in California. And faces a civil case for another alleged fraud, this time with the involvement of Dr. Ed Artis. Artis and Dolan teamed up to collect hurricane relief for Artis’ charity, Knightsbridge.

However According to one source:

Edward Artis is a doctor of deception. His knighthood is phony, bought in Russia from Russian mobsters. His medals are fake, his life is fake, his awards are fake, but his PhD is real-- he bought it for $3500 from an online "paper-mill" that is now defunct. He bought it with money obtained from donations from people that thought they were buying medicine for impoverished nations. As for the hurricane relief funds, nobody knows what happened to them. As a member of a fake branch of the Knights of Malta, Artis accounts only to God himself and maybe one day the IRS.

Dolan runs with strange company: Charlie Black, Bush family friend, Republican strategist, and holder of a key multimillion dollar Psyops contract in Iraq has fronted for Dolan. Yes, Black briefly took the helm of one of Dolan’s child welfare concoctions in 2005 before it was unmasked in a California lawsuit as another Dolan scam vehicle. At the same time she was playing footsie with Black and his lobbying firm BKSH, Dolan appeared on the podium with Eleanor Smeal of the ultra radical Feminist Majority Foundation and other arch feminists and DNC operatives. Black is entangled with Dolan’s civil suit for his efforts to supposedly help save kids. However, he should have known better as Dolan has left behind her wake in DC a string of debts, disaffected donors, and associates turned enemies.

But the feminist Dolan – Charlie Black connection is no fluke. Black’s firm BKSH while pretending to be Republican actually is something else again. Black’s right hand “man,” Riva Levinson, managed the now discredited Iraq National Congress account for BKSH. The Iraqi National Congress were the folks that helped cook up the phony weapons of mass destruction evidence that brought about the invasion of Iraq and the deaths of over 2000 American service men and women.

Now BKSH and Levinson and possibly Africa expert Dolan have helped BKSH’s latest star, Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, win election as the first female president of Liberia. Too bad no one warned Johnson-Sirleaf that BKSH’s other big clients didn’t make out so well: the erudite Jonas Savimbi who ended up dead and Iraq’s Chalabi who turned out to be an Iranian stooge.

And just ask former Dolan dupe, Peter Love, a diminutive but big hearted singer who was promised a music contract for performing at a Dolan-Black sponsored event. The contract never materialized. Or Michael Donnelley, a UK based private investigator that was stiffed by Dolan on his bill. Then there was the Houston, Texas fundraiser Dolan ran to help the kids, Dolan absconded with the proceeds leaving old and new friends to cover the debts. And we cannot forget the junket with convicted criminal and so called journalist Jeff Pickett to Guatemala to help the kids with other people’s money. Dolan also helped herself to the use of the name and address of the well respected charity International Justice Ministry in yet another attempt to coax more funds out of unsuspecting dupes.

Here are the facts on Dolan:

Hasn’t worked for CNN in almost two decades;
Her so called charities are not tax free and do not file tax returns;
Dolan has two default judgments against her for pocketing almost $300,000 of donor funds; she has not challenged the judgments;
She is major name dropped and will sue anyone and every one from Hillary Clinton on down to accomplish her goals – personal enrichment;
Her helpers are a rogue’s gallery of English riff-raff and international swindlers.

Then there is the cloak and dagger stuff. Dolan worked with several ex military and police out of the UK doing intelligence work in Bosnia. Her actions almost compromised the case of a UN police whistleblower in a London court. According to Phil Kronzer, she claimed she was going to bust a baby selling ring operating out of Franciscan monastery in Medjugorje, Bosnia instead she cruised the Adriatic and had to be scooped out of the sea when she fell overboard in a drunken stupor . In another action to help abused kids, she so enraged one of the victims’ family with her profanity and excessive drinking that they became disheartened and all but gave up. In her DC caper with Charlie Black, Jeff Pickett and others she helped set up an entity that worked with Ed Artis and a host of other questionable entities.

Dolan combined in 2004 with Pickett, Black with financial backing from Mary Grace of e Smart Technologies formed the Global Coalition. Kronzer sued the Global Coalition but Black and Grace without Dolan reformed the Children in Slavery forum in November 2005. Kronzer’s lawsuit persists in Federal Court and Kronzer has vowed to get an accounting from Dolan and her cohorts.

So if you are at the DC Press club or a Washington era event or university and see Christine Dolan, run to the nearest exit before you lose your wallet, reputation, or worse. Do not be like real Vatican knight, Phillip Kronzer, who lost over $300,000 to Dolan and her gang of scammers including a gang of fake British intelligence agents, a stock swindler, an accused English pedophile, blackmailer and phony priest known as Parson Pete, and a supporting cast of dozens.

Phil Kronzer according to his pending lawsuit was scammed by Dolan and her gang. Kronzer recalls a London meeting with Dolan, “She told a good story about helping kids. Hell, it seemed genuine. She took my Foundation’s money and ran off to Bosnia, all over the United States, Paris, Portugal, you name it and then she stiffed me.”
