SOUTHEND CRITICAL MASS
that that that | 01.06.2006 17:10
Help us make the next Mass bigger and show the police they can't stop us, meet outside WHSmith (town centre) on Friday 9th June at 6 p.m.
(WE REALLY NEED THE NUMBERS TO MAKE THIS CARRY ON)
How do I get there???
A bike ride will leave St Matthias Centre, East London (Bullivant Street off East India Dock Road near Blackwall tunnel, E14 0ER) at 11am for a relaxed 40 mile ride to Southend on Sea (if your really keen you could cycle back, but trains run till 11 at night).St Matts also plays host to a meeting for the climate action camp (www.climatecamp.org.uk) over the weekend of 10-11 June, so you could come to this after.
Alternatively you can hop on a train leaving London Liverpool St or Stratford before 16.30 (bike ban after these times). The journey takes just under 1hour.
Crash space available in Southend
