Dear Mr. Harris,

Bovis Homes Group Plc / Take-Over Speculation/ Re-Crest Nicholson Plc/

The Shalom Family Campaign for Social Justice

With reference to the above and our telecom enquiry today with Mr. Kevin Wilkins, of Bovis marketing, it has come to our attention that the Bovis Group Plc may be set to ‘take-over’, or invest with, Crest Nicholson Plc, property developer and house builder based at Crest House, Weybridge, Surrey, England.

As a matter of courtesy, as advised to Mr. Wilkins today, we kindly bring our ‘Family Campaign for Social Justice’ to your immediate attention (and Bovis Homes) and invite you to visit the Family Campaign website at  http://www.mvpicton.co.uk.

With reference to this company and the documented record between us, we should like to advise you that with our five young daughters, we have lost a perfectly decent, safe and satisfactory Family Home of 14 years, a beautiful way of life and our Family’s personal private possessions, those that can be accounted for, remain seized. This situation is a total nightmare for our Family and it has been dragging on for two and a half years. We are exhausted!

As we accept that ‘profits’ and ‘loss’ naturally transfer with any ownerships transactions of any corporate enterprise, we kindly advise that it is our intention to seek ‘social justice’ from any succeeding owner, or shareholder, of Crest Nicholson Plc.

Therefore, we kindly suggest that if Bovis does indeed become involved in any way with Crest Nicholson Plc that perhaps it may be better business all round, for this highly distressful and distasteful matter to be finally cleared up, to a mutually satisfactory outcome, to all parties concerned.

In any event, we kindly invite you and Bovis Homes to please consider supporting us in our Family Campaign for Social Justice from Crest Nicholson Plc.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

Vincent & Marie Louise Shalom

With Our Daughters,

Hannah, Naomi, Rachel, Rebekah, Jessica.

END.

All contacts via website.
