Birmingham - Loose Change 2 - screening - 25th May

We're an organisation based in Birmingham called AWAKE and we are hosting a screening of Loose Change 2 at Cafe One, in Five Ways, Birmingham on 25th May 2006. Doors open at 7pm. Admission FREE, for more info call Cafe One on 0121 245 0000
We would love to hear from anyone else in or around Birmingham who has an interest in exposing the truth about 9/11.
If you are able to come to the Screening please e-mail us as we want to ensure that we do not exceed the fire + safety regulations in the Cafe. We would also like as many people as possible to drop in to Cafe One between now and May 25th. A free 9/11 audio CD documentary is available at the counter.
We would also like to set up a a 9/11 research group in Birmingham. Anyone interested just e-mail us or leave your details at Cafe One and we'll get in contact with you.

Well, the sad fact is, just like other STWC groups around the country, they are in the pockets of the Socialist Worker Party, and it's pathetic attempts to get it's party political front, Respect into electoral office. Some time ago, Brum's STWC was hijacked by the SWP and it's allies, so much so that another break away group of independent peace activists, socialists and anarchists formed another network called 'Brimingham Stop the War Network'.
I don't believe the SWP will ever support a 9/11 truth initiative unless they think it'll pay off electorally. Plus i also agree with other posters on your forum that nationally the STWC has been thoroughly infiltrated by the secret state. Marching from A to B on state sanctioned marches surely should be read as a policy of containment, and hijacking the movement for your own myopic electoral ends is similarly a policy of containment.
