Most leading industrial managers of Socialist Finland are expected to enter seminar to hear Hilly Billy’s speech. Especially Socialist Managers from Tampere region are expected to enter the seminar.
Tampere is an area known of their law and property violations for this labour region. Tampere is famous of several financial scandals and for mining state key positions for this region.
Political aspect says Hilly is about to collect his protection money from Tampere region and Tampere region needs to purify its reputation for their acts. A top leader paying word’s attention to Tampere might do the trick? Most Capitalist Industrial Leader ask “why in Tampere, why not in Helsinki”?
