A few news reports carry this statement "Go right to hell, Mr Blair," Chavez said, using local slang that is more vulgar.

Following a very little research into Venezuelan insults and profanties in Spanish, I can confirm that they are very expressive and that there doesn't seem to be a "Go right to hell" insult. Please comment if you recognise the Chavez profanity and can supply a translation or even to post your own insult to Blair. Here's mine. Anda a mamar un güebo Tony Blair.
