Callers to talknews stations had discovered that when they went to the poll to vote, somebody else intercepting the official cards sent to them somehow , had already voted.
( they had decided to vote at the last minute )

CAN YOU CHECK YOUR POSTAL BALLOT ARRIVED?
Its a systematic fraud, to engineer the elections candidate by candidate, AS A SUPPLEMENT TO the usual jiggery pokery
of the official opposing sides.
