1. Equate George Bush / America with Nazis / Fascists / Child Eaters

2. Draw some infantile brightly colored cartoon figures

3. Make sure it's not funny and has no insight /depth /subtlety whatever

4. Oh, and make sure it's labeled "copyleft"
