the final hearing and verdict will be at 10am at the high court on the strand on monday 8th may, and friends and supporters are urged to be there from 9.30

brian haw's demonstration (the original target for the socpa law) is still the only one near parliament not needing prior police permission, after brian successfully mounted a legal challenge to the law which he won in july last year.

but charles clarke and the met were back at the appeal court in april trying to get the decision overturned so that they can remove him.

after a long adjournment, the final hearing and verdict has just been announced and will be at 10am on monday 8th may.

friends and supporters are urged to be both at the high court and at parliament square from 9.30

latest info will be available soon at www.parliament-square.org.uk

campaigners against the 'no protest' law (socpa) continue to meet every week on sundays after 1pm in parliament square to plot the overthrow of this ridiculous legislation and to have a picnic. all are welcome - please bring something to share.
