National march and rally to stop live exports.

speakers including Wendy Turner-Webster. Charity stalls inluding the Vegan Society, Animal Aid and Viva!. Gorgeous vegan food. A coach is available from central London, cost £6.

Assemble 11am at Dover seafront near the bus shelter/toilets. Speakers will begin at 12 noon and the march at 1pm.

without meaning to seem dense, there doesn't seem to be a date on this. I've always found telling people when a demo is helps in getting them to it...

I agree with your sentiment but what does a march and rally actually achieve? It seems you are waiting for an indifferent tv worshipping public to help you,when the most they would do is give a few quid and the worst they would do, is nothing.what are marches or rallys really about anyway? A visible form of attention seeking? or a visible plea to the industrial consuming majority to join the compassionate minority?

If you want to save the individual calfs from physical enslavement inside a veal crate and consequentual slaughter,then don't limit yourselves do passive, leaflet giving, stall sitting waitingness.
