Ernesto Leal - threatened with deportation in Home Office witch hunt

In what is clearly a desperate and incompotent attempt by the Home Office to help the Home Secretary keep his job, Ernesto Leal was arrested on mayday and now faces deportation to a country he has never visited.

Ernesto is not someone who has been judged to be a danger to society. He has one conviction arising from a fight some years ago which he has served a sentence for. Ernesto has indefinite leave to remain and does not have a passport for any other country. He was a child when his family made a new life in Scotland after fleeing Pinochet's coup but is, in typically bizarre Home Office fashion being told he is to be deported to Jamaica!. His first language is English. His family and partner live in Britain. Despite this he was seized in a raid by 30 cops on mayday and is now in detention in Belmarsh.

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR OWN MP OR THE HOME OFFICE AND ASK WHY ERNESTO LEAL (REFERENCE L306526) HAS BEEN ARRESTED AND IS BEING DEPORTED.
