Oxford Council Election - Tory Candidate arrested

Charlie Steel, the Conservative Party candidate for Hollywell Ward in next week's council election, has been arrested and questioned by police for committing electoral fraud, forging the signatures of nominees without their permission. The alarm was raised when a Labour Party member was surprised to see their friend on the nomination list, who was found to have no knowledge of this.
