Council workers do this very often and capitalism still endures, so it isn't the best of stratgeies.

If you throw a sickie it might not bring down capitalism but at least it gives you a day off to do the things you want to do and not what your boss wants you to do. As far as I'm concerned that's what anti-capitalism is, doing what you want and not what the boss or the bank manager tells you to do.
