It's a protest against the violent and brutal attack by Czech police
against a techno festival last summer, and against the repression of free parties, festivals and squats across europe.
Sound systems and party people from around europe (including uk) will gather for the parade which starts at 1400hrs. Following the demo there will be several parties around strasbourg.

Quick Report: 3000 People Approx
15.04.2006 15:28
About 3000 people gathered for the parade from all over europe, together with sound system trucks, despite spitting rain.
Banners read stuff like "Nothing Stops People Who Dance" - "Leave Us Alone" - "Free Party! Free People!" and "Halte au Diktat".
Ben one of the organisers of the demo said: "We chose Strasbourg because the city accomodates several European institutions, in particular the European Court of the humans right, to which we intend to immediately address a letter after the demonstration".
The parade is due to end in a couple of hours with several parties planned across Strasbourg.
