There will be a Food Not Bombs event on Saturday 18th in Birmingham city centre to show solidarity with the international demonstrations against the war taking place in most cities across the globe.
Free food will be served, so come along for a chat or even to help out, everyone is welcome! The event has been publicised in homeless shelters throughout the city.
Food Not Bombs is an international movement of autonomous groups who feel that food is a right not a privilege. Food Not Bombs aims to highlight the issue of wealth disparity, money spent on war instead of improving people’s lives, and to promote peace.
