Ali Noori - the 20-year-old Afghani detained for deportation last week - has been temporarily released pending judicial review of his case.
He has traveled back to Nottingham from Gosport today, having been taken to Haslar detention centre, via a centre in Oxford. His solicitor will now seek to lodge another appeal for asylum. We protested Ali's deportation after he was seized at Nottingham central police station last week.
