changes to Indymedia code

The recent code changes have allowed Indymedia UK to track and record your IP address. This is in direct contravention of the spirit of Indymedia and the often repeated statement that it doesn't happen.
We already know this is routingly done in France and Ireland and we should have been told before it was introduced in the UK
