Channel 4 Dispatches revealed that the so-called Ricin Plot was pure fabrication and the allegation of a thwarted bomb attack at Manchester United football club, was based on the fact that an Iraqi Kurd, detaineed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, had a picture of Old Trafford on his bed-sit wall. He had been a life-long supporter of the club, like tens of thousands worldwide, including my son, who has pictures of Man U players all over his wall!
