An individual convicted of the rape, torture and murder of a minor can also be imprisoned for life with no possibility of parole. Then when mistakes or frame-ups are discovered, years after the "fair trial and numerous appeals each according to due process and the rule of law!!", it can be put right.

So many innocents have died to satisfy demands for vengeance, while the guilty walked free.

But the prison system is like, so opressive man! These people are only victims of the nasty capitalist system, y'know. We should be kind to all humans, including rapists, gangsters, and child molesters, these people are hurt and need kindness, an anarchst told me this so it must be true!!!

I am pretty much very anti-death penality, my previous comment was directed to anyone in the "prisoner solidarity" brigade who would react to "Trust the State" with their bollocks about the prison system being evil and how it's soley used to supress. It was them I am taking the piss out of, since there will always be scumbags who will go and fiddle with children, rape, and murder in cold blood, and these people will always need to be punished, and it's my belief there will always be evil people, and it's never wholly the fault of society.

But since I got taken seriously (again), it proves what a crap job I do of taking the piss. :P
