Just had lunch in the canteen, word of the new UK Indymedia site had spread like wildfire all over campus. Opinion is split about 50/50 between those who use (or used to use) Indymedia UK regulary.

The general view is that change is always good and that the editorial policy and the way is was enforced has pissed off a lot of people in the past. There's been afew bets about what the reaction of IMC regulars will be with the usual jokes about,

"It will all be blamed on trolls because everything is"
"Either Mossad or MI5 will be said to be behind it"
"They'll claim it was all their idea from the start"
"Dunno but I bet someone links it to 9/11 or dental implants!"
