Eh! whats the money for?

Why is this commercial advert on the newswire?

What the money for?

Indymedia doesn't carry adverts for commercial events.

curious

Definition of 'commercial' please!

08.02.2006 19:12

Get real.

'Peace Not War' is NOT Unilever, or Coca-Cola, or Disney, or BP, or Shell, or Glaxxo, or the United States Government.

To see what commerce is, check out how much the Iraq war has been costing according to a Nobel Prize-winning economist on the one hand, and on the other a teacher of public finance at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard (and former assistant secretary of Commerce).

Beware...

09.02.2006 00:00

Ignore anything written by 'curious' on IMC or anywhere else. He is a well known liar/shit-stirrer/egotist/probable state agent. Everyone knows who Peace Not War are. 'Curious' and others just cant stand their success.

Roll on the day when those walls come tumbling down, and everyone gets to know the truth. I just hope they design gallows for fat people....

U wish

Curious too - where does the money go?

09.02.2006 01:12

mmm.. commercial venue, hefty door tax, looks like an advert to me.

so, where does the money go?

Why should people go, just because it's got peace in the name?

If enough of us go and pay a fiver, do we stop the war?

mmm.. could be worse though, could be 15 quid at Synergy!
