VIGIL FOR 100 SOLDIERS
KILLED IN IRAQ

Today, Tuesday 31 February, the 100th British soldier was tragically killed in Iraq. Tomorrow there will be 100 demonstrations in 100 cities called by Stop the War Coalition, CND, and Military Families Against the War. Please notify as many people as possible - as soon as possible - about this important vigil.

Message from Rose Gentle, mother of Fusilier Gordon Gentle, killed in Basra on 24 June 2004:

"Soldiers in Iraq have told me they don't want to be there. They want to come home. They have told us to step up our campaign of resistance to this government's war policies. We must act now, bring the troops home and end this illegal occupation"
Please bring banners, placards, peace flags, etc.

Adam Johannes or Adam Hussein? Really, 100 deaths is not that much for a war....I mean, in war there are losses,THATS WAR, but 100 deaths is not great a loss. I mean, are there no better reasons to ask for troops out other than this rather cowardly demand? More people die from drink driving each year than this in Britain....
