One of the future projects proposed for the international space station is to send a craft to the moon to collect Helium-3, and return it to earth.
Helium-3 isotope is powerful, non-polluting and generates almost no radioactive. Scientists claim it is for next generation, fussion nuclear power, but many suspect it could be used in future weapons.
