There has been an extensive wave of repression against activists in the USA. 11 people are being accused of being involved with the underground movements of the Animal & Earth Liberation Fronts. Already this has lead to one death in custody - it is crucial that we support these people in detention, right now! They are facing 65 serious criminal charges, facing possible multiple life sentences, for crimes which didn't hurt anyone.

There is now less than a month to go
before Chelsea Gerlach goes on trial accused of ALF and ELF activities. She
faces three separate trials and it is highly likely she will face even more
charges in the future following the FBI's release of all the indictments
against Chelsea and ten other people. It is vital we support Chelsea and
all the others who have been arrested recently. However, despite the fact
she is in so much need of our support, Chelsea has told her support campaign
that the letters of support she is receiving are getting less and less.
Initially she thought it was the prison system mucking around with her mail.
But now she fears people just aren't supporting her!
Please demonstrate to Chelsea that we are supporting her by sending her a
letter today. She needs and deserves our support. So please send her a
letter today.
To make sure your letter is not rejected please either write or print your
letter with black ink on white paper. Do not use glue, staples, glitter or
anything else that isn't black ink on white paper. With your envelope WRITE
Chelsea's name and prison address. WRITE your own name and sender address
on the back. ONLY stick stamps onto the envelope. DO NOT stick an Air Mail
sticker if posting your letter from outside the USA. If posting your letter
from outside the USA WRITE the words Air Mail in the top left hand corner of
the envelope.
