We remember Jean Charles de Menezes
7th January 1978 - 22 July 2005

Dear Friends

This Sunday is the 6 month commemoration of the death of Jean Charles De Menezes at Stockwell Tube. It looks likely, just as in every other case of the police killing innocent civilians over the last twenty years, that no-one will be brought to justice. The family of Jean Charles is asking for us all to join them on Sunday at Stockwell Tube at 1pm to show our solidarity with them in demanding justice for Jean. They want to show the world, the government, the police and the media that what happened to Jean has not been forgotten. We need to show your support to these wonderful and strong people who have endured so much over the last six months.

This is made all the more important by the fact that tomorrow the Independent Police Complaints Commission will pass the report of their investigation to the Crown Prosecution Service. The IPCC were meant to keep the family up-to-date with progress in the investigation and to share with them the broad contents of their final report. Yet they have answered almost none of the families questions in previous meetings and the family now learns that they are not going to be told anything about the contents of the final report. What makes this so outrageous is that the police have been briefed what is in the report and that everyday the family has to read leaks from the report in the press.

Six months on, we still remember
No More Cover up
We demand Justice

Commemoration of the 6 month anniversary
of the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes
Sunday 22nd January, 1pm
Stockwell Tube Station
London

On the 22nd July 2005, Jean Charles de Menezes was killed by police at Stockwell tube station. He was shot 8 times, 7 times in the head. Following his death, the police mislead Jean Charles' family and the public about his death.

Six months later, the IPCC has finished its report on the killing and are handing the report to the police – but keeping it secret from the family.

The family asks that you join them to call for no more cover up, for the IPCC report to be made public and for those responsible for Jean’s death to be brought to justice.

Remember

19.01.2006 20:13

We still do not know who silenced this man, or who they were working for.

Did He Witness False Flag Plantings?

a very salient point

19.01.2006 21:56

who are the killer dogs?? who haunt the streets of London today??

also the manner of the execution was highly stylized, almost like a ritual murder. A 'message' killing was what occurred to me at the time. The body of the victim has been thrown around after death as we can see from the photo above. Real sickos at work here. Psycho sexual slaughter after Manson et al, methinks. There is no legal defense available to the killers outside of the law of the land. If the killer dogs are not brought before a court of law then we may presume that it is open season on all and any persons whom the police or any other minions choose to kill. i.e. you or me...

Mistaken Identity?

19.01.2006 23:00

The fundemental question which no-one is asking is, if the individual who police trailed that day had been the alleged suspect Osman Hussain, would that have made this calculated murder acceptable?

Who gave police the liberty to dispense with the due process of law and act as judge, jury and executioner? There was ample time to make an arrest, but clearly that was never the intention in this operation.

Senior officers should be prosecuted, including Sir Ian Bliar.

The body of the victim has been thrown around after death ???

The body *appears* to have been moved after being shot. On what basis do make these claims of ritualism???

Simple Distraction

20.01.2006 17:51

He's just making a ludicrous claim, in order to distract from the point that in emptying a clip into this prone, defenseless electrician, whoever murdered him gave away the fact that he was being silenced for something that he witnessed.

He could not be allowed to survive.

Where was he working that morning? Did he witness a False Flag in progress?

Simple Questions Have Not Been Answered

The murdered man was sitting in the seat

20.01.2006 17:52

where presumably the pool of blood lies. At the moment that the first head shot was fired he was pinned by a policeman. It is highly unlikely that the murdered man jumped around much after even the first headshot. We see him lying several feet from the first shot. Of course, there are no functioning cameras on this train this day which follows the pattern of ...well you know. As regards ritual, a witness who has described the shooting said that the shots were separated by three seconds each. Eleven shots with three seconds between each. Try this in the privacy of your own home when no-one's watching. Say 'bang ..one... two... three... bang...one...two...three...bang...one...two...three, where the one, two, three are the seconds between the shots(bang) and you might get the flavour of what I mean. If you don't get it don't fret. It is not a scenario which we should in any case be especially able to imagine. This is a scene of demonic even satanic sub-bestiality which is being portrayed by the brave witnesses. I hope that they come through this OK.

''Eleven shots with three seconds between each.''

I doubt they'd spend 40 seconds shooting someone.

you are quite correct to doubt

21.01.2006 20:16

you would be entitled to disbelieve it. Unhappily this is a factual account made by a witness, a woman journalist I believe, and leaked at the time of the argument between the Met and the IPCC.
