Maxim's parents, please do something. Everyone with brains knows your
boy was completely innocent. To me it is unbearable to know and not
being able to do something...
You are the only people in this world who can do something to clear
your child's name. Journalists in Greece named your boy "The Russian
criminal" (a boy tortured and murdered, being interrogated and
jailed without a lawyer, with no translator...)
What else can I say?
I am so ashamed, because this happened in my country.

There have been so many lies told by Greek media about Maxim's story till now.

1. They said that Maxim, after he killed the woman in Corfu, went into the sea to wash the blood. So he caught pneumonia and that is why they took him to the hospital when they found him without papers.
Many days later we heard the Hospital's doctor stating that Maxim did not suffer from pneumonia, but he had some kind of infection in his mouth (jaw).
Doctor also said, that Maxim did not look at all like a criminal to him neither to the hospital's staff. Truth is the liked him.

2. They told us that he confessed he killed the woman just to see how he would feel killing a human being.
Many days later we heard this was not true at all.
But the public opinion was already influenced against him.
There is a question though: if he was so mentally ill, why was he not examined by a psychologist?

3. They did not tell us how he "confessed" he killed the woman. What comes out from what media told us, he foolishly decided to tell them something like "You are so kind, let me confess I killed a woman, let's go to show you where her body is"... (This is my conclusion).

4. The woman was just missing and her relatives were looking for her. Police told them that there was a possibility that she had an affair and left in her own will. According to her brother this claim was based on statistics.
At that point nobody had any suspicions about kidnapers or murderers.
So when and where comes her husband's later statement, that the day she got lost, his son saw Maxim driving her car?

5. In addition to the main article, Mr. Louvros said also that Maxim was so much crying, that a "lake of tears" was formed in front of his feet"

Now let us come to Maxim's death:
In addition to the main article I must say that:

1. The medical examiner who examined Maxim's dead body is the same who examined the two police officers.
She sayed that they had "blind" wounds of bullets, meaning that bullets entered but did not exit their bodies. One of these bullets was so damaged that they could not identify if it came from the same gun.
They explained to the people that this happened because Greek police has ancient weapons!
But others think that this happened because police uses "hollow point" bullets.

"A hollow point bullet is a bullet that is designed to expand upon entering a target. The tip of the bullet has a pit, or hollowed out shape. When the bullet strikes a soft target the pressure created in the pit forces the lead around it to expand greatly into a mushroom-shape. This causes considerably more soft-tissue damage and energy transfer than if the nose had not been hollow. Most hollow points are partially "jacketed", that is, a portion of the lead bullet wrapped in a copper casing.
The Hague Convention of 1899, Declaration III, prohibits the use in warfare of bullets which easily expand or flatten in the body."

2. The same medical examiner stated that Maxim had been killed by the same gun, same bullet, had one "blind" wound and because he was right handed, he shot him self pointing the gun to his right temple.
Another medical examiner said the exact same things.
But then, where comes the hole we see in the above picture under Maxim's left ear?

After all this, It is obvious that another medical examination must be conducted in Russia.
I can understand how painful this can be for Maxim's parents, so it is they to decide what they do.

All I can say is, I am so sorry for the loss of their son, who could easily be mine or anybody's son.

Recording all these days the tragic facts that concern the escape and the awful death of Maxim Zelin but also two policemen, I, and all of us have remained voiceless…
What can I say? How much filth can anyone bear? Whichever window opens, whatever is said, refers in MURDER of Russian citizen from Greek Mafia – slave dealers who are in sublime collaboration with the Greek police. They bring men and women from Russia - and from other former Socialist countries - they give them promises for good money and easy work, and afterwards they throw them in "sink" in order to have them work 10 and 12 hours the day.
Maxim came in Corfu in order to work as building worker. They put him in a tavern that he did not like. He stayed 10 days, just for his expenses of return, and said to them that he does not remain anymore, wants to leave. His employer DID NOT PAY HIM. Maxim asked for flights, made heavy economies – not even buying ticket for bus and hitchhiking.
Then somebody murders in Corfu Angelic Sela. They blame Maxim. Who knows which ways they used to make him confess? Such monsters could easily threaten him with murder of his family in Russia, in Novosibirsk. No one would ever have a clue about what happened.
Maxim confesses and cries perpetually. They take him to prison, without lawyer without translator, without money…
The persons that were meant to protect the society from bastards have become the same bastards and even more mean… Beasts… with powers and force… step over anyone standing as obstacle in front of their thirst for wealth… However they do not want with any force to come the hour of his trial! Because then, a lawyer will be acquired in the court. Then the world would start to care… journalists, citizens… Many people will go to testify… They will uncover perjury and setups. So these most honest gentlemen decide to kill him. They frame a supposed escape, in their madness the beasts kill also two police officers who accompanied Maxim, they set up also two Albanian minors, they say, that testify that “all bad things done by the Russian”.
From this point functions the UNWRITTEN LAW – can you listen – of the Police: officer's colleagues should kill whoever kills police officer. Everybody knows this law. It functions everywhere. Searching henceforth for DEAD MAXIM and everybody has understood…
And they indeed find him DEAD after 3 days. A bullet in right temple. One bullet had remained in the pistol that he had seized. They had told us, warned us, they had prepared us for the result…
It is 2 January 2006. After a lot of and various “little mistakes” of the special forces - the most educated unit - as e.g. changing position of corpse and pistol, comes the time of Medical examiner of Larissa Mrs. Roympini Leontari. Have in mind that she is relative of head of police enterprise, Eystratios Kyriakakis and has her son in the police.
Her rule is: “100% suicide!” Later she apologizes and says that it was “communication” error. She should not say “100%” but leave certain margins for anything else, also because the elements had been moved, because there had not been yet ballistic control…

Then second medical examiner comes, Mr. Boygioyklakis, professor in the University of Mrs. Leontari and also her friend. He makes autopsy and reports the same results. However, when media ask him questions, as usually happens with media, various queries that they have, there is always Angelic Nikoloyli with him. She interrupts him, she corrects him, and she answers instead of him many times over and over, that she becomes maddening. BY ANY MEANS SOMETHING DOES NOT FUNCTION RIGHT, everybody began to whisper.
People who cared, conduct a small research and they discover that:
a. Maxim admitted that he killed A. Sella at 6 afternoon, but the head of village saw her in frenetic situation – she could not see in front of her as characteristically he said - passes close to him at 7 afternoon of same day.
b. Maxim admitted that stabbed her when she was sitting in the place of driver into her car, but in the place of driver there was no blood found. They found blood in the seat next to the driver.
c. Maxim made his confession in poor English. They did not consider necessary to bring some translator that would know Russian.
d. When he was arrested he was found in the airport trying to learn the departures to Russia. He did not resist at all. THEY ONLY ARRESTED HIM BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE PAPERS ON HIM. And this happened many days before the discovery of the corpse of A. Sella.
e. They took him to hospital because he had some kind of mouth infection. There the doctors called him “AGGELO” (= angel) for his very good character and for his beautiful face. He was the best patient… Naturally, they did not observe any kind of psychopathy, no clue of psychopathic murderer…
PRECISELY OPPOSITE! "He was an angel"; his mother says today crying… "Such a child I will not find again! "… "He was very good student, he organized events in the school"… "He went to the army and afterwards he began to work as accountant"… "He found a company that brings workers to Greece and without asking us, because we had objections, he left and came to your country"…
No, she still does not accuse us that we killed her angel… We have drowned her in lies… We threw the thunder upon her and dissolved her…
WHO IS THE ONE, I wonder that will find the strength to tell this mother the truth? And when?
