Below is a list of upcoming events in Oxford (and Reading) during January 2006, re Palestine.


 Tuesday 10 January, 7:30pm: OPSC workshop run by Caroline Raine. A practical session exploring how to respond to difficult questions and opposing views which arise when we talk about Palestine. Please bring along any examples to which you would like to explore responses. At: Oxford Town Hall.

 Monday 16 January, 7:00pm: Organising meeting for ‘A Taste of Palestine IV (TOP IV)’. Planning for TOP IV is now in full swing and we need your help! If you can offer assistance, whether on the day, or leading up to the event, please contact oxfordpsc[at]yahoo.com or turn up at this meeting. At: G&D’s (St Aldates).

 Tuesday 17 January, 7:15pm: ORFA (Oxford-Ramallah Friendship Association) monthly meeting. At: G&D’s, St Aldates. For queries about ORFA, contact lanaalshami[at]yahoo.co.uk. New members welcome.

 Tuesday 24 January, 7:30pm: Oxford PSC monthly meeting. At: Oxford Town Hall, St Aldates, Oxford. All welcome.

 Thursday 26 January, 7:30pm: A Peace Pilgrimage - New year & peace - what chances? David Mowat has just returned from his pilgrimage walking from Bristol to Jerusalem. He is due to return to Palestine in February. This is a chance to hear his story and see images of his journey. Joint Reading Peace Group, Palestine Solidarity Campaign and RISC event.
