Iranian refugee on hungerstrike reaches critical stage

Mehdi Hooshyar sought refuge in the Netherlands in 1999. He was a student activist in Iran and has converted to chirsitianity after leaving Iran. Dutch government wants to send him back. He has been on hungerstrike since November 27th.

People are requested to sign in on a petition for Mehdi Hooshyar, who faces extradiction from the Netherlands shortly. He has been on hungerstrike since November 27th. On returning to Iran he will face a certain death penalty. For further information and mailing address see:
