The Australian Government will not send naval vessels into
its own Antrarctic waters to escort the Japanese Whaling fleet out. The Captain of the Whaling fleet has expressed high admiration for crews of the Greenpeace and Sea Shepherd vessels.

The Japanese have issued a direct challenge to the Australian Government for the control of the Southern Ocean.
Unfortunately, the Australian Government has caved in disgracefully. From now on we expect the immense waters
around Antarctica to be devastated at the hands of the ruthless and the cruel. It is clear that the Japanese only
respect strength - the weak must give way. While the
officers of the Australian Navy enjoy the cricket and sunbathe on their favourite beach the brave men and women on the Greenpeace and Sea Shepherd vessels risk their lives to protect the helpless whales. If Australia will not act someone else must. The British Navy has to be contacted - will they take the challenge that these murderers have thrown in all of our faces?
