I find it shows the utter hypocrisy of what they say our aims were with this illegal invasion they call the "Iraq War".

It's because we want freedom for the Iraqis. Freedoms which now include, not being able to protest near Parliament (without police consent), cause they want to live in their own little bubble and and not hear any dissent if possible.
