City Council in community wildflower and bulb giveaway

Nottingham City Council is currently looking into the possibility of running a wildflower give away in March 2006 and a bulb give away in October 2006 to community groups. These projects could be of interest to your healthy living groups.
The purpose of both projects will be to encourage the local community to spread 'bloom' through their neighbourhoods and to have an impact on brightening up the city and encouraging bio-diversity.
The project is currently in the planning stages and we can make no guarantees that it will definitely go ahead. However we would like to gauge the level of demand amongst community groups for this type of project and would appreciate your help.
