Another Female Ugandan hunger striker faces imprisonment and torture if returned to Uganda tonight at 7pm on a BA flight from Gatwick.
The woman, who wished to remain nameless, was a soldier in the Ugandan People's Defence Force (UPDF) and was accussed of collaborating with the opposition party to President Museveni.
She escaped from Uganda and sought sanctuary in the UK.
As the elections near in Uganda anyone accused of collaborating with any political opposition to Museveni is being arrested and detained, including the opposition leader Kizze Besigye, who has now been arrested on terrorism charges.
If this woman is sent home, she is sure to be arrested, detained, imprisoned, and the rest that goes with women in Ugandan prisons, possible torture, rape, and murder.
