The November issue of Ceasefire, an independent student magazine for peace and justice, is available online. Contributions and support are always welcome.
Some of you will already have a paper copy of Ceasefire or will remember previous editions. We are pleased to announce that this month's edition is now available online as well, and you can download the pdf from
http://su.nottingham.ac.uk/~nspm/ceasefire.
The issue contains a debate on combatting fascism, a look at the One Voice movement's attempts to find peace in the Middle East, analysis of the riots in France, a reminder about Tibet, the reality of debt relief, Trident, insecurity, Mooncups, Four Tet, Slavoj Zizek, Ward Churchill, Broken Flowers and more...
We are hoping to bring a new issue out in the new year, so please send submissions to
ceasefiremag@yahoo.co.uk before the winter break. If you really want to support and help this publication, please consider becoming a regular contributor, and coming along to editorial meetings (Wednesdays, 3.30pm, atrium, Portland building). We always welcome new people and new ideas.
