They are not scum!

The country community are not scum! They are decent hard working good natured people who take care of and manage our countryside. They produce the food we eat and manage forests and woodlands and help to preserve wildlife habitats. Fox hunting is part of this countryside wildlife management programme. Without fox hunting the fox population would explode and cause havoc to farmers by killing live stock. Farmers would then shoot as many foxes as they could thus driving the fox to extinction. If anything fox hunting helps to preverve the fox population.

For fox sake, stop hunting - you're killing me.

bloodhounds hunt scent, not live quarry. but still scum, agreed.

opposed as i am to hunting in all its forms, bloodhound packs hunt the "scent of the clean boot" ie they get someone to run and lay a trail and the hounds chase that person. thus, no wildlife is actively targeted,

however, they are still part of the hunting fraternity, work closely with hunts that do kill wild mammals and have the same mindset.

so cheers for the meet card, please do send copies of any other cards you get to  info@huntsabs.org.uk, where i'm sure they'll be put to good use.
