Imprisoned for insulting the "homeland"

A demonstration outside the Cuban Embassy in London this Friday will be calling for the immediate release of Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet González
Dr González was sentenced to three years imprisonment after being found guilty of "insult to the symbols of the homeland" and "public disorder". The Cuban prison authorities have on many occasions subjected Dr González to torture using ciggerate burns and water deprivation.
The demonstration will call on the Cuban government to provide immediate medical attention and a release to his familiy in Havana.
The demonstration will begin at 5.30 pm, please join us and show the Castro regime we do not forget their political prisoners.
