Ten 911's every year

21.11.2005 16:54

Dear Mr Gun Nut,

I realise that while the US has over 30,000 gun deaths each year which is the equivalent of the fifty times the death toll of 911 since 911. However you are no longer killing as much of your population as Brasil does per capita, it must be depressing to be overtaken by such a poor country. Perhaps this is because US citizens are killing so many Iraqis every day that they are just too tired to kill each other. Either way, I think it is an excellent idea to recruit lots of UK folk to come over and start helping your gun rate rise to its previous world-beating records. Hopefully, once they have killed lots of Americans they can bring those skills home to the UK ( we just don't have the skills to compete just now ). Personally though, I don't have a gun. Maybe I could get yours from your cold, dead hands - just get your next of kin to let us know when you are dead and I'll be straight over.

love and blood,
Danny
