The opening ceremony’s are as follows.

Pavement Jewellery A unique and new public artwork for the Cowley road, Oxford.
Soon the streets will be paved with gold and a strange and shiny mystery will unfold..

Cowley Road Launch
The County Council is officially opening the new Cowley Road Scheme on;
Thursday 24th November 2005.
12.30 Ribbon Cutting at James Street Zebra – ribbon will be cut for pedestrians to go onto the crossing.
Cllr Catherine Fulljames, Chairman of the County Council formal cutting.

13.00 Officials have lunch at Aziz near Manzil Way.
13.45 – 14.45 Walks along Cowley Road pointing out key features.
