Newly released State Department Documents have revealed a surprising fact about what Kissinger got up to in Paris in 1972 with Nixon's approval.

Googling the phrase (quotation marks essential) "Meet Andy in Paris" helps to shed light on how far Henry Kissinger was prepared to go in pursuit of his dream of winning the Nobel Peace prize ("Andy" is believed to be a reference to one of the panel members)
