On its September ride Critical Mass riders were issued with a police warning that the ride is illegal and that riders would risk arrest in the future. Additionally, the Mass always starts just outside a new exclusion zone around Parliament, where demonstrations without police permission and the use of sound systems are illegal.
In defiance of the new draconian legislation the October Mass attracted many new supporters. The ride was much bigger than usual and it entered the exclusion zone. There were no arrests reported.
The 5 minute video starts at the usual assembly point at Waterloo Bridge on the South Bank and ends outside the Prime Minister's house in Downing Street.
