STWC (published by eileen) | 16.10.2005 09:57 | Anti-militarism | Repression | Oxford

Notice of this event has been sent to me from a variety of Oxford sources, including Oxford CND, who urge you to take part in this London action next Tuesday and Wednesday if you can.

Any peace supporters, especially mothers, are being invited to join or visit the

DOWNING STREET PEACE CAMP
Cindy Sheehan tactics come to London - Tuesday 18 - Wednesday 19 October starts at 3 pm for 24 hours

Rose Gentle and Susan Smith are two mothers whose sons were killed in the war in Iraq. They are taking legal action to demand an inquiry as to why Tony Blair took this country into an illegal war.
Scandalously they have been refused legal aid.
They will be camping outside No 10 for 24 hours to directly confront Tony Blair with their case..... Please join them for however short or long a period of time.

"Tony Blair has refused to meet me. We were told we would receive legal
aid. Now it is denied us. We are being gagged." Rose Gentle
