Cambridge's community radio station 209radio is offering free workshops in radio related skills

The courses are funded by ESF and Cambridge City Council, please see below for current Oct/Nov schedule and are open to employed adults in the Cambridge City area

These courses are FREE and you do not have to be a 209radio member to apply! They are to be held at Manor Community College, Arbury Rd CB4 2JF

Go read some podcasting web sites. Making programmes is easier than ever now. No need to mess with radio geek shit.

1- we already podcast and have done for 4 months
2- podcasts are still a radio format and require relevent skills that need imparting to those lacking in said skills (like research maybe 'Aaron'?)
3- community radio is the new democractic 3rd tier in UK broadcasting- one of the most significant democratic shifts in this country in years.
