Question about Indymedia board

Dear friends I wish you all well

I am member of an Evangelist Church in London and I would like to use this board to advertise our meetings and prayers, I think it is specially needed here as most of people here have given up hope in Jesus.

I was concerned that advertising the Church meetings may not be welcome but after reading some other posts that have not been deleted, (one of many examples:  https://publish.indymedia.org.uk/en/2005/10/325104.html) I think maybe you will allow me to advertise the Church activities in here.

If that is not the case please let me know.

Could I take this opportunity to inform people of the christian socialist movemet. A current within chritianity which is interested in social issues and causes. Our website is below. For centuries christians have been active in social movements from the campaign against cross bow in the middle ages to CND in the 1960s and 1980s to the campaign to cancel third world debt.

It depends if your posts are political or not.

If, for example, you were organising a chruch group to attend an anti-war demo this board would be appropriate to post info on.

If you are looking to promote the J word, then this is not an appropriate baord.

Religion is evil and backward and bigoted. Unless you're a Muslim, in which case your faith is anti imperialist and socialist. Simple, really.
