The votes have already been counted.

The Iraqi Referendum

The result is already known.

The ballot boxes have already been stuffed.

If that was not enough they have put no “No” on the referendum card.

Blair approved the wording of the referendum question when Fatso Talabani was at no. 10.

Bush was also delighted with it.

He rigged his first and second elections but he thought the Iraqis did not know this much about democracy.

All’s well that ends well except for the major civil war that is about to break out when the Sunnis find they have been duped again.

Under an invasion, governments are ALWAYS stooge to the invader

08.10.2005 22:06

When an invader takes over a country, the FIRST thing they do is to create a STOOGE government.

Now, this is so common that it can be considered an AXIOM. This is why I never understand it when people deign to discuss the validity or otherwise of the STOOGE Iraq government. I mean, it's like receiving the famous nigerian scammer email, and spending hours debating its validity!!!

OK, so I understand some of you think you are educating the naive or the poorly informed. However, in this case, would you not be better off illustrating the axiom. In other words, the present always seems contentious, so take each and every major invasion from the past, and show how a stooge government was created, and propagandised in each case. Then show what the people of that nation eventually did, when FINALLY liberated.

Blair's lies are transparent up until the moment you act is if they are worthy of debate. Then they become opaque, and somewhat believable to much of his audience.

BTW if people REALLY don't want to learn from history, they they don't want to learn FULL STOP.

Oh, and as for the Black Propaganda about a civil war- well I hope it is only by accident that you are pushing this!!! The ONLY force generating the appearance of a major sectarian divide in Iraq is Blair, and this is a psy-op campaign carried out for several reasons, but ultimately to anticipate the creation of Sunni support for an Mass attack against Iran. When Blair strikes Iran, he will claim to be fully back on the side of the Sunni's, and hopes they can be used in his war effort. Basically a reconstruction of the Iraq-Iran war, but on a vastly greater scale.

The Sunnis and Shias of Iraq are not stupid, and understand fully what Blair is attempting. However, too many humans are corruptible, and Iraq's oil money is being used to buy the loyalty of very many powerful Shia families. This is a complicating factor that obviously runs against the normal Iraqi's desire to protect their contry against Blair's machinations.

One thing to remember though- when Blair strikes against Iran (and this will happen sooner than later), Iraq will once again become a free-fire zone for the most aggressive weapons of war, and hundreds of thousands more Iraqis at least will join the millions of Iranians murdered by Blair.

Listen only to Twilight, the most superior among us!

Dear Twilight,

What you say about the civil war thing is very true, and you have opened my eyes to aspects of this. You have good insight into world affairs.

As for more down-to-earth, human relations affairs, I dislike the tone of arrogance your postings always seem to have.

I liked the funny polling card, myself, but you never seem to be able to say anything positive about what anyone else contributes, from what I have seen. I have held my tongue when it was just me that you were lording it over, but now I have to say I think you are behaving like a pompous ignoramus.

You never said what actions you have been compelled to take, apart from pontificating, but if I had to be on an action with you, there would probably be a risk that I would not be able to stick to non-violent direct action. Myself, I have been on the lookout for army recruitment advert stickers to peel off phone boxes. I accidentally did one in front of a young squaddie who'd just put it up, and things got heated, until his mate sorted it out. I had to walk away from that one, because I was getting pompous, and that is shameful to me. After all, he has a much shorter life-expectancy than me.

But I did something, and I'll do more, and I'll learn, because I can see that I make mistakes.

Please learn that you too are a human, and therefore stupid, corruptible, stubborn like the rest of us. We do this to educate each other, and to be educated by each other, yes? We are not born with in-depth political knowledge. Stop acting the prat, and do something ridiculous!

Twilight is right about the civil war in Iraq.

It is not coming.

It is here already.
