Next stop Iran?
Merurious Britannicus | 05.10.2005 22:09
Is Iran still the next step - and is some kind of conflict there being prepared?

Neo-Fascism Must Be Stopped Now
...and then the World!

And as soon as George dubya has released the army from containment of New Orleans and bird flu victims, he's gonna send 'em straight over to help his buddy, Tony Blair.

Ayatollah
That news article could be true!
06.10.2005 11:16
Also why are you so quick to defend Iran. Weren't you condemning it only a couple of months ago for executing two gay teenagers? Why would regime change in Iran be such a bad thing?

I won't, as soon as they can support these empty accusations with evidence, or the people making the claim, who said "Saddam has WMD!!!", in order to create a cover for an illegal war, who also wish to attack Iran, can support their claims.
They've been asked for the evidence, but haven't been able to produce it.
Sensing a pattern here ... ?
After working in the MSM, and after seeing the LIES they helped disseminate, I'm through taking anything they say on faith alone ...
"Terrorists from Iran could be supplying terrorists in Iraq."
No, concerned people in Iran could be supplying the Iraqi Resistance, just as International Law says they would have the right to. These are not the Bad Guys in this situation. They are fighting to free their country of a Foreign Aggressor.
However, the evidence is still out, and every time such claims are made by the criminal Neo-Fascists insisting this is true, they are later proven to have been lying through their teeth.
Sorry, I'm not about to give them the benefit of the doubt. The onus is on them to supply compelling evidence.
Personally, I think this is simply another distraction from the failure that is their war of choice, and the exposure of their special operatives in Basra, caught in the act of carrying out a False Flag Operation against Iraqi civilians, in the name of that old Colonial Trick, Divide & Rule, as the US/UK discussed a full year before the war.
"If it is true what that news article says then I don't see why military action against Iran would be wrong."
Because since the UK/US illegally invaded and occupy their country, the Iranians would have every right to supply arms to the Iraqi Resistance Movement. However, there is no evidence suggesting this is true.

Bush and Blair the evil pair! Iraq? Well what a mess! Iran next?
07.10.2005 01:21
It gives Bush and the neocons the right to start a pre-emptive nuclear war!
Could be a scorcher again?, and you bet, lots of planning has already been done to try to legitimise this concept.
If you put this information together with the fact that Blair is spinning out of control, desperately trying to generate enthusiasm, for the new distraction, WAR with IRAN.
One cannot help but worry!

But Iraq now has its own democratic government
07.10.2005 15:52
By the way the insurgents are terrorists as they are trying to topple a democratic governent inorder to impose an Islamic state. If Iran are helping these terrorists then Iran is practically at war with the new government of Iraq and therefore in breach of international law. Wise up!

No, it most certainly does not. Read Seymour Hersh. The US has bribed a bunch of power-hungry criminals to toe their line for them, in an attampt to hide the fact that they really control the country.
This group has absolutely no power outside of the "Green Zone", and no legitimacy, as the US/UK invaded the country in contravention of International Law, and the Geneva Conventions makes it illegal to alter the demostic policy of an Occupied Country in such a way.
But it makes great PR, eh ... ?
"It is this new democratic regime which the allies"
I love that bit of not so subtle Propaganda, 'the allies' ... Goebells would be proud of you!!
"Britain and America are defending from the insurgents."
Actually, the only reason this Puppet Regime exists is because of the US/UK, the people who illegally invaded the country. The Iraqi Resistance wants to bring it down because it is illegitimate, and is controlled by the Foreign Aggressor, instead of Iraqis.
"Iraq is no longer under occupation"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"as coalition forces are now there only at the invitation of the new democratic government of Iraq to help provide security until this new fledgling democracy can defend itself on its own!"
That's quite the circular argument, kinda like when the US claimed Afghanistan as a part of the "Coalition" when they initially invaded Iraq.
They invade, set up an illegaitimate Puppet Regime, get it to say they want them there (and of course they would, the US is giving them BILLIONS of dollars, 'liberated' from the Iraqi treasury), until they can train a Colonial Auxiliary to protect these bribed Puppets from the Iraqi People ...
"By the way the insurgents are terrorists as they are trying to topple a democratic governent inorder to impose an Islamic state."
Guess what? The sky is really green, you just can't see the yellow.
The Iraqi Resistance has every right under International Law to oppose the Foreign Aggressor and its Puppets through any means necessary.
"If Iran are helping these terrorists then Iran is practically at war with the new government of Iraq and therefore in breach of international law."
No, if Iran was to supply the Resistance (but that, like most of the empty assertions of the Neo-Fascists you support, has yet to be proven), it would be their right under the law, since the US/UK willingly and consciously violated International Law in order to engorge themselves and their partners, plunder the country, and provide a secured buffer for the Zionist State.
Wisen up, Spook!
But as I said, they're spinning anything they can towards Iran, since their war has already begun, and Black Ops are being run into Iran from the neighbouring 'Stans, just as the US did with Cambodia/Laos during their Asian Holocaust, officially referred to as the Vietnam War.

Perhaps you could assign spooks to infiltrate the anti war movement, and also subvert the free media that isn't already in your iron grip?
>> Just sit back and do nothing? If it is true what that news article says then I don't see why military action against Iran would be wrong.
Why are you asking us to proceed from the false premise that the war on Iraq was justified in the first place, which you know no-one here believes?
If "no country has any business meddling in Iraq" (Blair), that includes UKUSA.

Rose petals and olive branches: Hurray for everything!!!

Well just praise the Lord we have Don't Turn Up for The Psychiactric Nurse Appointment and his sycophantic sidekick JacksDoneWayTooMuchAcid to turn up and free us poor semi-literate and vulnerable sheeple from the big bad trolls that are rotting our minds by offering us more than one choice of explanation.
Everyone knows that IndyMedia was designed as a venue to distribute whacko non-news (especially cut & paste reposts of articles from non-collective sites that are run for profit)... and that's the way it should be kept.
Hurray for PsyOps and his indefitagible support for anyone who fires on the occupying forces and civillians, irrespective of their motivations. Every dead yank, squaddie, beheaded aid worker and blinded Iraqi child is a victory for freedom.
Hurray for PsyOps for finding the Universal Truth. Zionist Israel is responsible for ALL bad things things. Once it is destroyed, all the bad things will go away and Utopia will smile upon us. We all know that Al Qaeda don't exist just as the PIRA and RIRA were just SAS & MI5. Has everyone forgotten the government's sloppy attempts to dub an Irish accent over the MI5 operative who pruports to be Gerry Adams. Adams isn't an Irish name. Sounds Welsh to me. The SAS is full of Welshmen.
Hurray for PsyOps and his pointless accusations of Spookdom even after he was clearly proven to be a "positively IDed liar!" Who cares if they are or not. If they don't agree with the Leader then they should be rounded up and sent for rehabilitation.
Hurray for the philanthropic, benevolent dictators that are kind enough to allow us to bask in their glory and serve them. They know what's best for us and anyone who disagrees shouldn't be on IndyMedia in the first place.
Give me chauvinistic dogma or give me death!

Iran
09.10.2005 01:41
I think that as much of this propaganda as possible will be aimed at Iraqi public opinion. Ultimately, the only way the occupiers can hope to unite Iraq under a puppet government is by creating yet another external enemy.
Perhaps they are hoping to play Syria and Iran (and the Shia and Sunni dissident factions in Iraq) off against one another. The Iranian Euro Oil Bourse begins trading in March 2006. If a full scale war against Iran is planned, it will surely happen by then.
