U.S corporation due to open subsidiary in the U.K accused of fraud bt Irish customer

Irish author Faolcu O'Gealach has today called on the U.S authorities to take action against publishing company Lulu.com On-Demand Publishing 3131 RDU Center Drive Suite 210, Dept. DN Morrisville NC. O'Gealach claims that his credit cardaccount has been debitedby lulu withouthis consent. In his allegation he claims that lulu used details obtained from a previous transaction to charge his account.lulu have refused to address the issue through a number of contacts and continue to delay in answering questions put to them by O'Gealach.

The allegations by O'Gealach come at a bad time for lulu who are about tolaunch the European subsidiary of their operation in the coming monthe and are currently running a test website to facilitate it.O'Gealach claims to have ordered a 15 copies of a recent publication on 21st July and having not received the order contacted lulu a number of times to be met with varying excuses. Finally early Monday they finally admitted his books were not going to arrive and informed him that they were sending out a repeat order and had refunded his credit card account for his first order. However lulu then billed him for this second order at almost double the cost of the original order.

"This is just another example of corporate greed"said O'Gealach, who works in one of Dublin, Irelands homeless projects."These people are just stealing my money, and think that because they are a corporation and I am a sole person that I have no comeback, I call on the authorities in the U.S to investigate this theft of my money".

It will be interesting to see how both the U.S authorities and Lulu deal with these allegations.
