Jeb Bush the Governor of Florida has ordered the evacuation of 40,000 Florida Keys residents as yet another hurricane headeds towards the bloated US.
With the prospect of another hurricane grinding its way over the oil-rich Gulf of Mexico for the second time in three weeks, world crude prices surged by over $4 barrel.
Chevron and Shell have evacuated facilities in the Gulf whiere oil 'production' [sic] remains down by 56 per cent since Katrina paid a visit.
The death toll from Katrina last night reached 970, after another 90 bodies were found.
Rita is the 18 named storm this sesson with two full months to go. The record was in 1933 with 22 named storms.
