Parallel to the DSEi arms fair in London, NATO defense ministers are meeting in Berlin. This was not left without reaction.

As arms traiders meet at ExCeL in London's docklands, NATO minsters of defense meet in Berlin. Activists called for blockades and German police forces took action by searching various flats in Berlin Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain this Monday. Police repression has been up since the G8 when over 20 flats have been searched in a simultaneous action, the victimes being activists from the antifacist action scene mainly. This is happening in rising tension caused by the federal elections on coming Sunday.
