Charles Clarke MP, Home Secretary; he will address a fringe meeting of the Congress-
both MPs will speak in the Brighton Centre on Brighton's sea front and although entry to the Brighton Centre will be only for those with passes, protesters could turn up before 9am and 5:30 to tell Brown and Clarke what we think of them...and their war mongering
