Publicise Your Issue at our gig
Paul Spencer | 07.09.2005 15:56 | G8 2005 | Culture | Education | Oxford
We're having a gig o the 1st of October. It's for the fines and costs from the G8 protests and it will be very political. There will be room for a lot of information stalls and displays. If you want to publicise your issue, contact us.
As well as displays, we're getting together a slideshow from digital photos showing Oxford people taking action against injustice and other beautiful and powerful images. If you want any images shown. bring them on a CD to the Oxford Action Resource Centre
East Oxford Community Centre
cnr Princes St / Cowley Rd.
(Images need to be at least 800 x 600 pixels or, better still, unchanged from the camera.)
As a guide to what we'll have at our gig, it's being organised jointly by Campaign Aainst Climate Change, an NGO from London who are quite respectable and lobbyist, and Dissent, a loose group of anarchists acting to resist the corporate take-over of the world.
