'The Ambassador’s Last Stand' - A forthcoming BBC TV documentary

On Saturday September 17, at 8.20pm, BBC 2 will be showing 'The Ambassador’s Last Stand', the story of the Craig Murray election campaign against Jack Straw in Blackburn, and the reasons for it. More than just a nostalgic look back – it raises issues of the alienation of Muslims through New Labour foreign policy. In the wake of the London bomb attacks these issues are of continuing and urgent concern.
There appears to have been a degree of debate within the BBC about whether to broadcast this programme and the BBC publicity department may not be promoting it. We are therefore using all avenues through the internet and other media to spread the word.

...then how about a free screening- with folk involved/ some campaigners over here- at somewhere like LARC or Rampart etc - to help generate more activity on this over here in the activist and wider community?
